      Hi Dee,
The 5k Foam Fest if fully booked for the 2013 season, but we would love to come to South Carolina in 2014! If you can, come to one of our other locations listed on our website http://www.5kfoamfest.com, we are going to Atlanta in March and Nashville in May if you can make it to those. Thanks for your interest!

To celebrate my daughters 12th Birthday we will be attending the March 23rd Foam Fest in Baton Rouge. Do you do anything for Birthday groups? We will be in the 11AM heat. We are so excited!!

      Hi Meri,
I’m so excited you all will be celebrating at the 5k Foam Fest! If you have five or more people in your group, we will give each of you a $10 coupon for merchandise-happy birthday from the 5k Foam Fest!

If you haven’t already, please go back to the website and edit your information so you are all registered under one team name. You will receive your coupons at check in on race day.

We would like to register as a team up at work. Several have our money now and wondering if we create a team and sign up will others be able to join at anytime and pay whatever amount it is and us all still run at the same time?

    Hi Johnna,
So glad your team from work is coming to the 5k Foam Fest! Please have someone go in as team captain and create a team, then everyone can sign up and pay when they want. Be aware, however, that once a time wave fills up, it is full and no other team members can be added. You could potentially switch to a different wave, but it is a $5 change fee per person switching -so have everyone sign up as soon as possible.
So glad you all are coming!

Piggybacking off of Johnna’s post, is there a way to know how many spaces are left in a wave? I’m signing up with a team and want to make sure that we can all be in the same wave. Encouraging people to pay the $5 registration change fee if a group can’t get into one wave just seems like a way for you to make money off us. Maybe this is a change you could make to the registration process.
