Get Moving! Whether it be a family walk, or a muddy backyard soccer game, get your family up and out of the house!
Skip the chips and bring snacks on family outings such as carrots, nuts, or apples!
Get enough sleep! Children need 10 or more hours per night, and adults need 8!
Keep the baby healthy too! A healthy life starts early.
Avoid drinking too much caffeine. It can make you feel jittery and disrupt your sleep schedule. Over the long term it can also give you high blood pressure.
Have a good attitude about eating healthy and it will be an example for the whole family!
