The Arizona 5k Foam Fest is right around the corner! Knowing how to prepare for a race like this can be challenging, this is why we would like to give you 5 helpful training tips that will get you ready for Arizona 5k Foam Fest in no time!
#1 Steal your best friends shoes- by the end of the race the shoes on your feet will be close to destroyed. We recommend stealing your friends shoes so that you don’t have to ruin yours!
#2 Eat 5-6 tablespoons of sand each day- During this race you may find yourself inhaling large quantities of sand. To get your body ready for this type of digestion we suggesting eating a little each day.
#3 Drink water, drink water, drink water! This race is going to be hot. Make sure to drink before the race, during the race, and after the race. We will provide water stations but please also bring a water bottle!
#4 Practice climbing over your neighbors fence. During the race you will need to climb over a series of walls. We suggest practicing on your neighbors fence because it will give you a similar experience to our walls.
#5 Take a bubble bath each night before you go to bed- The bubbles in the bath will help you get into the 5k Foam Fest zone.
